The cozy 43 sqm apartment is equipped with all the main comforts and surrounded by 4,000 sqm of pine forest, halfway up a slope that represents one of the most valuable areas of the city, as it combines the healthy hill of the "Bagno del Sole", which housed the heliotherapy colony, to the fauna oasis of San Giuliano, where a large artificial lake is located. The whole area is ideal for families, nature lovers, and cycling enthusiasts. The apartment is preceded by a welcoming outdoor area equipped with tables and a gazebo, a balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape from which you can enjoy the natural spectacle offered by the mountains of the Lucanian Apennines.
The access road to Villino is in fact in the Pozzo Misseo district, on the connecting link that from the "Matera Centro" junction on the SS 7 ring road leads directly to the historic center of the city. This particular location favors the rapid reaching of any area of Matera and all the surrounding destinations, avoiding above all the traffic of the urban center.
