Rossano Allochis was born in Cavour (TO) in 1976 and is a member and Head of the dining room at Vigneto. He gained his first work experiences in various local establishments after attending the Pinerolo hotel school. Afterwards, he worked at the La Prua restaurant in Alassio, the Grand Hotel Villa d'Este in Cernobbio, the Grand Hotel Gleneagles in Scotland, the EPCOT Center at Walt Disney World in Orlando, in the Canaries on Fuerteventura and on a private yacht in Monte Carlo.
Manolo Allochis was born in Cavour (TO) in 1978 and is a member and Chef at Vigneto. After attending the Pinerolo hotel school, he began his career abroad at Leon de Lion in Lyon. He then completed an internship at the Enoteca di Pinchiorri and worked at the Hotel Miramonti in Cogne, the Hotel Capo Sud on the Island of Elba and the La Ciau del Tornavento restaurant.
