We offer four spacious rooms with private facilities, two of which have balconies overlooking the avenue. The property has been completely renovated to meet all your needs. The young and family management ensures a welcoming hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and privacy. The breakfast room and lounge are large and colorful, creating a special atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious pastries, local specialties, and much more in our rich morning buffet. In addition, the B&B is surrounded by a large garden that allows you to spend pleasant moments outdoors, enjoying the scent of flowers, and park your cars in the private courtyard. The unique location of our bed and breakfast allows you to easily reach, in a few minutes by car, San Benedetto Del Tronto, Giulianova, the Abruzzo National Park, the Laga and Sibillini Mountains, Civitella Del Tronto, and, a little further away, the majestic peaks of Gran Sasso D'Italia, the famous city of Castelli, Teramo, the mountain resorts of Campo Imperatore and Prati di Tivo, and many other interesting places.
