The building is located near Porta Sant’Isaia, at the entrance of Bologna's historic center, where the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) begins. During the day, vehicle access to the ZTL is prohibited, but guests can briefly stop outside the gate to unload their luggage and take it to the apartment.
