Apartment with a spacious fenced outdoor area of 50 square meters, completely renovated internally in 2019 and externally in 2021. The apartment has an independent entrance and is located just 350 meters from the beaches of Tortoreto and Alba Adriatica. Here you will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful outdoor dinner, conveniently park your car, and make use of the outdoor space as you prefer. Additionally, the location is very advantageous: we are only 5 km from the Val Vibrata highway exit, 7 km from Giulianova train station, 18 km from San Benedetto del Tronto train station, and 65 km from Pescara airport.
Nadir and Teresa are our names, and we reside on a stunning hill. Until 2018, we used our apartment as a base to enjoy the sea. But finally, in May 2019, we made a significant decision: to completely renovate our apartment and make it available for rent during the summer.
The apartment "Il Quadrifoglio" is located just 350 meters from the beautiful beaches of Tortoreto Lido and Alba Adriatica. Situated in a quiet and less busy neighborhood, it offers the opportunity to reach the lively atmosphere of Alba Adriatica and Tortoreto Lido on foot in just 5 minutes. We recommend renting bicycles or rickshaws to explore the promenade, which is equipped with a fantastic cycle path with wooden bridges that will allow you to reach other neighboring towns. You will be spoiled for choice with a wide range of seaside restaurants, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, and markets. Just 2 km away, you will find one of the largest water parks in Italy, Onda Blu. Furthermore, in the surrounding hills, just a few kilometers away, numerous picturesque villages in Val Vibrata organize festivals and fairs where you can taste local gastronomic specialties.
