The Spot serves as your "home base" in the city, located opposite the Gemelli Polyclinic and the FM 3 station, which allows you to reach the center of Rome in a jiffy. Think of it as your "relaxation corner", a cool and comfortable place, equipped with a welcoming terrace where you can eat and unwind.
We offer our guests modern services and comforts, such as double glazed windows for optimal thermal and acoustic insulation, ADSL connection with Wi-Fi fiber optics for your devices, SKY TV in the room, use of the washing machine, an air conditioning system for heat and cold, as well as an independent heating system. The linen is changed twice a week and with every guest turnover.
