Maurizio, a graduate chef from the Alberghiera school in Barga, can prepare dishes based on typical local products such as Farro della Garfagnana, Neccio flour, cornmeal, Garfagnini cheeses and salamis; desserts made with honey and homemade jams. He can also meet specific requests for Lucchese and Tuscan menus in general.
