The property is located near the ski resorts of La Thuile (approximately 20 km), Courmayeur (approximately 12 km), the Monte Bianco Cable Car (approximately 18 km), and the Pré-Saint-Didier Thermal Baths (approximately 6 km), making it the ideal place for a vacation focused on sports and complete relaxation.
The rooms are separate from the owners' residence, and each room has a private bathroom.
Private parking is available, but in case of snow, it is possible to use a public parking lot just 20 meters away.
