B&B Il Portico
Situated in a peaceful green area on the outskirts of the village, in the locality of Praticello in the municipality of Gattatico, the B&B "Il Portico" is housed in a completely renovated farmhouse. The building maintains the original rural style of the Emilian countryside, while offering all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. The strategic location of the B&B allows for easy access to Parma and Reggio Emilia, as well as the beautiful natural areas of the Po river basin, the Enza stream, and the Matildiche and Parmensi hills. Additionally, the nearby Fiere di Parma and Reggio Emilia are easily accessible thanks to the proximity to the "Campegine - Terre di Canossa" motorway exit.
Internally, the residence is surrounded by a vegetable garden, an orchard, and a large garden. The entire building has been recently renovated, preserving the characteristic elements of rural houses such as exposed bricks and wooden beams, while simultaneously updating all the technological systems to maximize energy efficiency. To minimize energy consumption, the entire structure uses high-efficiency and low-consumption LED lights both inside and outside, is well-insulated, and has a photovoltaic and solar thermal system on the roof.
The B&B has three recently built rooms, each furnished and decorated according to a specific theme reflected in the name of the room. The sizes of the rooms range from 20 square meters for the "Ninfea" and "Glicine" rooms to 23 square meters for the "Tulipano" room. All rooms are located on the first floor, in an exclusive and private area of the structure, and boast large windows overlooking the garden, air conditioning/heating, a double bed, bedside tables, a desk, an additional sofa/bed, chairs, a 32-inch LCD TV, and a safe. Each private bathroom is equipped with a window, a hairdryer, a hydromassage shower, and a courtesy set. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and there is ample reserved parking for guests.
Dans la salle de petit-déjeuner spacieuse, d'environ 50 mètres carrés, vous trouverez une table dédiée où vous pourrez déguster une variété de boissons, notamment du thé, du café, du lait, du cappuccino et des jus de fruits. De plus, nous proposons du yaourt, du pain, des biscottes, des confitures, du miel, du beurre et des céréales. Cependant, les véritables stars du petit-déjeuner sont nos délicieux gâteaux faits maison, préparés avec soin et amour.

La proximité avec l'échangeur autoroutier "Campegine - Terre di Canossa" permet également de rejoindre facilement les Foires de Parme et de Reggio Emilia en quelques minutes en voiture.
De plus, la position du B&B permet d'accéder facilement aux quartiers industriels et artisanaux de Gattatico, Sorbolo, Campegine et Sant'Ilario d'Enza, tous accessibles en quelques minutes de conduite depuis notre hébergement. La facilité d'accès à toutes ces destinations en fait un point de départ idéal pour les clients intéressés par le tourisme ainsi que pour ceux qui voyagent pour des raisons professionnelles.
