Nestled among the stunning hills of the Marche region, surrounded by lush vineyards and olive groves, stands our small and cozy agritourism farm, the "Podere del Nonno". This place is the ideal location for those who love nature with its colors and silence, and it is also a strategic point for visiting historical and artistic places, as well as enjoying culinary delights. Just 15 km from the beautiful beaches of Cupramarittima, Grottammare, and San Benedetto del Tronto, and only 45 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains, our farm is also located near charming rural villages such as Ripatransone, Offida, Ascoli Piceno, and Fermo.
The structure, dating back to about 200 years ago and recently renovated respecting the original dimensions, is divided into a mini-apartment with an independent entrance, the Girasole, also suitable for disabled guests, a double bedroom with a private bathroom and kitchen, three comfortable double rooms (Rosa, Azzurra, Verde) each with a private bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen for common use, where delicious and genuine breakfasts will be served. You can relax by reading a good book or chatting with the members of our family, who will be happy to welcome you and make you feel at home.
For our guests, an outdoor barbecue will be available for tasty grilled meals, as well as our family garden, where you can directly pick vegetables for your dishes. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to participate in the life and activities of the farm, which mainly deals with viticulture and olive growing. And if you love animals, you can admire our two donkeys, Silvio and Marietta, along with other farm animals.

To start your day off right, we suggest indulging in our delightful Italian breakfast. You'll have the option to choose between cold or hot milk, coffee or tea, fresh fruit juices, and homemade pastries. My dear parents and grandparents dedicated their lives to hard work as sharecroppers until the 1960s when they finally had the opportunity to purchase the land and house they loved so much. Despite always working on that land, they were never its true owners.
One day, as I looked at the house of my childhood, I realized that all their sweat and toil could be lost. So, I decided that their sacrifices should not be forgotten. And thus began my adventure with "Grandpa's Farm"!
Our lovely farm extends over 14 hectares of hilly land where we cultivate with care and respect for the environment. Here, you can admire our grapevines of pecorino passerina Montepulciano and sangiovese, which produce high-quality grapes, transformed into excellent wines by the Cantina dei colli Ripani, of which we are partners.
In addition, we dedicate ourselves to the cultivation of about 700 olive trees, from which we obtain a precious extra-virgin oil, obtained with the traditional method of milling, which we distribute throughout Italy.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to visit the nearby Cantina dei colli Ripani, famous for the production of high-quality and prestigious wines.
In our shop, you can taste and buy our products, including extra-virgin olive oil, oil condiments, olive sauces, artichoke sauces, tasty artichokes, cooked wine, and much more, all obtained from our land.
For adventure lovers, we organize mountain bike excursions in the surrounding areas, accompanied by expert instructors.
In short, our farmhouse offers all the comforts for a holiday dedicated to nature and well-being!
