The Little Medlar has been completely renovated in 2023 to provide optimal climate comfort and exceptional privacy while adhering to current energy-saving regulations. Our establishment, formerly known as B&B Paola, is now a guesthouse, yet it retains the same spirit of hospitality that has characterized us over the years.
The property features four rooms, each with a private bathroom and window, equipped with hairdryers and towels. The rooms, approximately 16 square meters each, are spacious and bright thanks to their large windows and balconies. The marble and terrazzo floors add a touch of familiarity and warmth.
The Little Medlar is the perfect choice for those seeking a comfortable and peaceful accommodation in Assisi and Umbria. Located in a fully restored 1960s villa, our establishment is situated in a quiet area free from noise and traffic, with a private annex. Security is ensured by a reinforced door at the main entrance and anti-burglary locks on the interior doors.
The furnishings have been carefully selected to create a homey and welcoming atmosphere, making your stay enjoyable and relaxing. For motorcycle enthusiasts, we offer the option to park bikes in the garage at no additional cost, ensuring safety and peace of mind.
Upon request, automatic air conditioning is available for a small extra fee. We provide free Wi-Fi and do not charge the local tourist tax in the municipality of Bastia Umbra. Please note that reservations are accepted for a minimum of two nights, and we do not have single rooms.
