The Nascondiglio is the ideal destination for a relaxing vacation in the unspoiled beauty of the Marche region in Italy. Located near Amandola, in a picturesque wooded valley, our retreat offers luxury apartments for a self-catering stay, surrounded by nature and accompanied by the singing of birds.
Our property extends over 2.5 acres of lush gardens and includes three self-catering apartments and a double room with a private bathroom, accommodating a total of 12 people. The Valletta View Apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, the Garden View Apartment is perfect for 2 people, and the Stable Apartment also welcomes 2 people. Each apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable Italian adventure.
You can relax and enjoy our exclusive services, which include a hammock, a 5.5-meter circular above-ground pool, and a barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining. We also offer a variety of games, gazebos for shaded lunches, and Wi-Fi throughout the property. The gardens are populated with a rich wildlife, offering an immersive experience in nature.
The Hideaway is situated in an ideal location to explore the beautiful Marche region. Whether you are passionate about hiking or skiing in the Sibillini Mountains, or prefer to relax on the beaches of the Adriatic, the area offers a wide range of activities. Your well appointed ensuite bedroom has been lovingly restored in tradtional Italian farmhouse style. With beamed ceilings, wooden shutters & cotto tiles, your room is tranquil & relaxing. Luxury bedding provides a tasteful finish & you have delightful views over the garden, towards the ever changing colours of the valley. Nature & birds surround us. With our compliments we leave in your room tea and coffee, milk, orange juice, water, yoghurts, jam, butter, home-made bread rolls and home-made cake for breakfast and a welcome bottle of local wine for you to enjoy later! The Corn Store has its own shady terrace with dining table, chairs and umbrella, tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, complimentary toiletries, coded safe, hair dryer, towels & pool towels, Wi-Fi, area for bbqing, information pack & bluetooth radio. The compact bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. We also provide local information books, walking books & leaflets, advice on where to dine, hammocks & a complimentary bottle of wine - in fact everything we can to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.

The Stables is our little apartment, sleeping up to 2 guests & overlooking Montefalcone, the giant walnut tree & surrounding tranquil countryside. Situated on the ground floor at the end of our farmhouse, the apartment is relaxing, shady and cool in the heat of the summer. Lovingly restored using traditional Italian materials, your cosy accommodation has cotto tiles & beamed ceilings. They accompany modern day necessities including central heating in the bedroom & bathroom & double glazing throughout. Your living area & kitchen in The Stables Apartment is complete with 'stube' style seating & dining table, TV with digibox, DVD player & indoor games & books. For the odd rainy day, we have a DVD library for you to choose from. The kitchen area is well equipped with a four ring gas hob, fridge, microwave with small convection oven, kettle, toaster, cafetierre, plenty of crockery & glasswear, cooking utensils, tea towels & washing up liquid. From here, a door leads to your lovely en-suite double bedroom, which is fitted with luxury bedding & coded safe. The bathroom has complimentary toiletries, shower, wc & bidet & all towels are supplied including pool towels. Outside you have your own seating area with garden furniture, parasol & beautiful views. You might even spot our woodpecker if you are lucky! In the main area of the garden, there are gazebos for dining under, wi-fi internet access, areas for relaxing on hammocks, a BBQ area & a 5.5 meter above ground pool which is open from June - September, weather permitting. Around the garden we have many herbs and seasonal vegetalbes for you to use too. A welcome pack is provided to get your holiday underway, including a bottle of delicious wine waiting for you in the fridge! We live in next door & can be reached easily if you need any help or advice. The Stables is perfect for two guests & with prices from only 40 euros per person per night, is an ideal escape. Whether you are looking for a short break or 2 weeks Summer sun, the apartment makes a budget cost option but with all the high standards of our larger apartment. Your holiday price includes the final clean of your apartment - there are no hidden extra costs. We also include all gas & electricity, bed linen & towels & use of our pool.
Garden View Apartment sleeps up to 2 guests & overlooks the gardens, woodland & surrounding tranquil countryside. Situated on the ground floor of our farmhouse, your apartment has a terrace for dining & relaxing on warm summer evenings. ? Lovingly restored using traditional Italian materials, your cosy, comfortable accommodation has wooden shutters, cotto tiles & beamed ceilings. They accompany modern day necessities including central heating, double glazing & wi-fi. ? Your living room area is complete with a sofa, satellite TV, DVD player & indoor games & books. At the far end, the kitchenette is well equipped with a four ring gas hob, fridge, microwave with small convection oven inside, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cafetière, plenty of crockery & glassware, cooking utensils, tea towels, washing up liquid & dining table & chairs. ? The cool en-suite double bedroom is fitted with a comfortable mattress, luxury bedding, coded safe, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, shower, wc & bidet. All towels are provided including pool towels. There is a second door leading onto the terrace, perfect for relaxing in the early morning sunshine, surrounded by birdsong. ? Your beautiful two bedroomed, well appointed self-catering apartment is situated upstairs in our 17th century farmhouse & sleeps from 1 to 4 guests. Lovingly restored in a charming rustic manor, cotto tiles, wooden beams & shutters, compliment the modern comforts of central heating & double glazing. We provide everything to make your stay a perfect one. With your own private entrance via the covered loggia & an area for dining & relaxing outside, you enter the living room with comfy armchair & large double sofa, wi-fi, satellite TV, DVD, bluetooth radio & games & books for your entertainment. The separate fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, four burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetierre, glassware, crockery, Nespresso machine, cooking utensiles & dining area. There is a washing machine next door, with airer, iron & ironing board & a weekly use is included. If you require more than one wash a week, a small charge will be made of any additional use. For stays of more than 7 nights, towels & linen are changed at the end of your first week. Your romantic master bedroom with comfy double bed & luxury bedding has views over Montefalcone & wooden beams & shutters for a peaceful nights sleep. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for the children. Also included is a welcome pack to get your holiday underway, including a bottle of delicious wine waiting for you on arrival! We grow many beautiful herbs and vegetables in the garden which are available for you to use during your stay at The Hideaway. Outside our large garden provides areas for relaxing, reading & BBQing or swimming in the pool (June - September). There is a terrace for dining, gazebo area with wi-fi & outdoor games for your use. There are hiking and mountain biking trails suitable for all abilities, where you can stroll in peace and tranquility, surrounded by nature, without encountering practically any other living soul.
We are located just 700 meters from the Franciscan Way of the Marches, where you can follow in the footsteps of ancient pilgrims. This wonderful walk goes from Assisi to Ascoli Piceno and many of the stages can be easily completed during your stay with us.
The Adriatic beaches are perfect for younger children, as their shallow waters make swimming and fun safe. While you're on the coast, enjoy a seafood lunch at one of the fantastic seafood restaurants.
