Welcome to our vacation home located in the heart of Matera, a city rich in art, culture, and archaeological treasures. Our residence, called "Il Melograno," offers a unique experience that will make you relive the emotions of the past.
The house consists of two apartments. The first is a spacious open space with a charming balcony overlooking the famous Sassi di Matera. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom.
The second apartment has a bedroom with 2 beds and a living room with 2 additional beds. This apartment also has a kitchenette and bathroom.
Furthermore, by opening an internal door, the two apartments can become interconnected, offering you the possibility of more space and comfort.
Our vacation home is located in a panoramic and tranquil position, in the historic heart of the city, in the Sassi area. Here you can admire magnificent buildings of great architectural value and immerse yourself in the history and culture of Matera.

The holiday accommodation is situated in the city center, in a typical house of the Sassi di Matera, which is partly excavated and partly built. This location is highly advantageous because, despite being located in the pedestrian area of the Sassi, it is easily accessible and there is the possibility to park nearby. Furthermore, it is only a 2-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the Cathedral, and many other points of interest.
