Annelise is originally from Trentino-Alto Adige and has lived in London for many years. Our breakfasts are therefore the result of a fusion of traditions and ingredients that are expressed in delights such as various types of homemade bread made with wholemeal flour, yogurt, cereals, and sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds. There are also exquisite sweets such as brownies and muffins, as well as soft cakes with original and surprising flavors and aromas. In the summer, you can taste the cherries and figs from our garden. Homemade jams made with peaches and apricots from Piceno and with wild berries from Alto Adige are our specialty. Of course, we also have bitter orange marmalade prepared according to the traditional English recipe.
