Our spacious rooms, available as studios or one-bedroom apartments, are perfect for professionals and students who want to stay in our area, as well as for families and couples looking for a vacation between Versilia and Cinque Terre. The rooms at Il Marlo are modern in design, with clean and elegant lines, and equipped with private bathrooms with spacious showers and a private patio. Guests can book single rooms, with or without a kitchenette, or choose the option of connecting two-bedroom apartments. Each room has an independent entrance, accessible even to disabled guests, and offers amenities such as a safe, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric kettle, espresso coffee machine, and minibar. The property has a large private outdoor parking area, while smoking is only allowed in outdoor spaces. We apologize, but pets are not allowed inside the property. The owners of Il Marlo are passionate about art and marble, and they also own the AMA - Artistici Marmi Apuani sculpture workshop. This workshop is located near the property and, in addition to creating works of art, also organizes sculpture courses.
