Our bed and breakfast welcomes you with great care and attention, in an informal, relaxing, and comfortable atmosphere. We will make you feel at home, or better yet, as if you were being pampered by someone who takes care of you. We offer guests an apartment with an independent entrance, consisting of two double rooms with private bathrooms and TVs, a kitchen, a living room, a garden, and a garage.
The property can accommodate up to eight people, comfortably accommodated in the two rooms and the large living room of the house. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and espresso machine. We also have mini plastic dishes, high chairs, bibs, etc. for children. There is also a laundry room to meet all your needs.
In addition to our warm family hospitality, we will be happy to give you excellent advice to make your stay as enjoyable and interesting as possible.
For breakfast, there is always a fresh sweet pastry, croissants, milk, branded coffee made with a moka or capsules, yogurt, butter, jam, also homemade by myself, toast, bread for toasting, chocolate, and single-portion biscuits. In the fridge, you will find fruit and sliced cold cuts.

My name is Marina, I'm married with two children, Guglielmo and Matilde, and a Siamese cat named Eva. Both my husband and I are lawyers and we met in court, but later I worked in another field for several years before deciding to start my own business by opening a B&B when we bought this second home. Later on, I expanded my passion for hosting by also renovating the Al dolce far niente farmhouse near Perugia, which we own, into an agriturismo.
