Our breakfast is abundant and varied, but we are always available to accommodate your preferences and needs. If you have specific requests, we will do our best to ensure your utmost satisfaction.
Furthermore, we offer the possibility to enjoy a vegan breakfast with locally sourced products directly harvested from our garden. If you prefer a gluten-free breakfast or a savory breakfast, you can savor our fresh eggs from our hens.

We have decided to open our B&B in our city for several reasons, along with our family. The first reason is that we are hospitable people and we enjoy welcoming guests, making them feel at home. You can enjoy our local traditions, such as tasty homemade dishes and fresh fruits and vegetables from our garden. We will always be available to help you with a smile if you need anything. Upon check-in, we will provide you with a map with directions to public transportation, places to visit, and typical restaurants where you can spend a pleasant evening. If you like the idea, we could also organize a tour of Rome aboard our old and charming Fiat 500. We will always be happy to do it!
The area is safe, surrounded by greenery and does not present any danger both during the day and at night. Additionally, it is located near the city center, just 4 km from the Vatican. It is very well connected through a bus that stops right in front of our house. This bus will take you directly to the Vatican area in one direction, and in the opposite direction, you can reach the nearest subway station, "Eur-Magliana," in just three stops. From there, it will only take you 15 minutes by subway to reach the Colosseum. Furthermore, throughout the night, there is a bus that directly connects the city center in just 25 minutes.
