The B&B Il Duca gets its name from the family that runs it. It is located in the municipality of Polverigi, a small town with 3900 inhabitants, in a strategic position to explore the beautiful coast of Monte Conero, the Velvet Beach of Senigallia, and the famous Frasassi Caves in the region's inland. The B&B was inaugurated in 2006 when the owner, Giuseppe, decided to renovate this family farmhouse and turn it into a cozy accommodation facility. It has two double rooms, one single room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, for a total of 6 beds. It is possible to add a third bed in one of the double rooms. Guests can enjoy a beautiful outdoor pool with a view of the surrounding countryside. During your stay, you can relax under the gazebo and enjoy a picturesque view of the town. The B&B is open all year round, except for the closing period required by the law that regulates accommodation facilities of this kind, which may vary from year to year.
