This charming villa was built in the early 1900s and has been restored with an adjoining garden, in a peaceful location. It's easily accessible by car, taxi or public transport from the airport and is ideal for both business trips and vacations.

Our house is located in Sferracavallo, just a stone's throw away from the Capo Gallo Oriented Nature Reserve. The sea, equipped beaches (sand, sun loungers, and rocks), bus stops, and the town center are all just a 5-minute walk away, as well as renowned restaurants and typical bars.
