The Mancini Casale is an ancient country house dating back to 1897, located in the picturesque countryside of Vada. It was love at first sight for Mr. Agostino Mancini, originally from the Marche region, who, along with his wife, fell in love with this place and, with sacrifice and long days of work in the fields, managed to buy it. From the very beginning, Mr. Agostino Mancini's dream was to create something unique in this place, where he could finally live with his family, and where his daughters could showcase their culinary skills to the public... After careful renovation in 2006, the Casale became an oasis of peace and tranquility, where Liliana and Livia have created dishes with authentic flavors, combining high-quality ingredients with years of training and dedication to this profession. Today, the Casale is entirely managed by the Mancini family and is a corner of paradise where you can spend an evening enjoying good food and relaxation. Here, you can taste genuine and organic zero-kilometer products, with special attention to people with allergies and intolerances.
