Il Bosco di Ivo

"Il Bosco Di Ivo" is a welcoming and well-maintained facility, surrounded by greenery and silence, located next to the historic Villa Aldrovandi Mazzacorati park, just a 10-minute walk from Toniolo Hospital.

Within a one-minute walk, you can access Via Toscana, which is rich in bars and pastry shops, post offices, banks, points of interest, local markets, supermarkets, and shops, with numerous bus lines that quickly connect to Giardini Margherita (7 minutes), the historic center (8 minutes), the Bolognese hills (5 minutes), and Pianoro (10 minutes).

On Via Lelli, there is also a well-equipped gym with a calisthenics structure, weight room, and stretching area. Almost all the parks in the area, within walking distance, have sports fields (tennis, soccer, beach volleyball, etc.).

We offer our guests a bathroom, free wifi, heated rooms, the freedom to come back at any time during the night, parking, a kitchenette, and a large terrace.

In the room, our guests will find a hairdryer and internet access.

We kindly remind our guests:
- The final cleaning fee amounts to €20 per stay and does not include the cleaning of dishes and kitchen utensils, which must be done by the guests themselves.

- Upon arrival, each guest must provide a valid identification document.

- At the beginning of the stay, the keys will be handed over to the guest, allowing them to enter and exit the facility freely at any time. Please note that in case of loss or breakage, a penalty of €90 will be charged.

- The balance is paid at check-in, in addition to the tourist tax/stamps.

The following are not allowed:
- Bringing other people into the facility.

- Smoking, consuming alcohol and/or drugs.

- Bringing pets.

We kindly ask our guests to:
- Always properly close the external door.

- Respect the rest period from 23: 00 to 7: 00.

- Check out of the rooms by 11: 00.

The facility is equipped with disabled access.

You will be welcomed and assisted by staff members who speak Italian and English.
