It is a single space suitable for families or people accustomed to staying together. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary such as dishes, pots, glasses, and cutlery, as well as linens for the bedroom and bathroom, cleaning products, and household detergents.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed, and in case of violation, a penalty will be charged. Pets are only allowed with prior agreements and an additional fee depending on the type of animal.
Organizing parties and events is not allowed, and it is necessary to respect the quiet hours as per the condominium regulations.
