Prisca and Gianluigi have been in charge of the Borgo since 2001.
Prisca has a degree in viticulture and winemaking. During her free time, she can be seen among the vineyards, taking care of pruning the vines and monitoring the ripening process. In September, the grapes are harvested and left to dry until November. Afterwards, the delicious Sciacchetrà , a typical dessert wine from the Cinque Terre, is made.
