This B&B is housed inside a villa dating back to the 1920s, which was renovated in 2006, keeping its original and authentic characteristics intact. Two rooms are available on the first floor: the green room and the blue room, both equipped with a private bathroom. The rooms are furnished in a simple and modern style, with elements that create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. You will also find antique wooden furniture that perfectly matches the parquet floor. The green room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a wooden desk, and a private bathroom with a shower. The blue room offers a spacious walk-in closet, a large double bed, and the possibility to add a third bed, making it perfect for three people. A crib is also available upon request. The private bathroom, with its dominant blue color, has a bathtub and two sinks. The price of the room includes bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi coverage. Guests have free access to the terrace on the first floor, which overlooks the pool and offers an ideal place to relax or enjoy a snack. There are no common areas, but guests have access to a refrigerator on the ground floor. The highlight of this bed and breakfast is definitely the heated outdoor pool, located in the center of a charming green garden, rich in plants and flowers. The garden and the pool are available to guests. Around the pool, you will find comfortable sun loungers, a table, and chairs, perfect for enjoying an aperitif or a drink in the relaxing atmosphere of the garden. The property is located along a private driveway and has two parking spaces reserved for its guests in the property's parking lot. Please note that pets are not allowed.
