Our villa with garden is located only 1700 meters from the sea, near the charming Historic Village and a fascinating Park.
We are situated on the east coast of Sardinia, in a strategic location that will allow you to explore numerous beaches, towns, and renowned establishments in the area. Additionally, you will be only 35 minutes away from Olbia, with its port and airport.
Your day will start with a rich breakfast served in our enchanting garden, with delicious homemade jams and pastries. Our spacious rooms offer a private bathroom, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, luggage rack, shoe rack, and much more.
Daily cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and eco-friendly detergents, to protect the environment that surrounds us. We also care about recycling and respect for nature.

Breakfast is served from 7:50 to 9:15 and includes a delicious selection of fresh and organic products. You can savor freshly baked bread, jams made with organic fruit, coffee or tea, milk or orange juice, as well as our seasonal fruit. To make the experience even more special, we will surprise you every day with a different homemade dessert. During breakfast, you will have the opportunity to socialize with other guests and plan your day, deciding which beaches to visit or places to explore.
Among our guests' favorite desserts, we find delicious freshly prepared pancakes, fluffy cakes, donuts, chocolate cakes, fruit cakes, and tarts with our homemade jams made using our organic fruit.
Upon request and confirmation, we will be happy to prepare a savory or gluten and lactose-free breakfast to meet your specific dietary needs.

Area city center
Posada is a charming historic village, located on a hill overlooking the beautiful Posadina valley. In the center of the town stands the enchanting castle of the bean, a symbol of ancient nobility and charm.
The strategic location of Posada allows easy access to numerous beaches and places along the eastern coast. In the local dialect, the name Posada means "stop" or "halt," and here you can find a variety of beaches just 4 km away, such as Orvile and San Giovanni Mare, with their enchanting sandy and rocky beaches, surrounded by a picturesque pine forest.
The town offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, with a wide choice of bars, shops, and services. On January 17th, the patron saint Sant'Antonio Abate is celebrated with a traditional novena, bonfires, and the distribution of gifts.
Posada is only 43 km away from the port and airport of Olbia, making it easily accessible for visitors coming from other destinations.
