Our charming farmhouse, made of authentic local stone, has recently been renovated with great respect for the surrounding nature and original architecture. Located in a privileged and panoramic position, it is only five hundred meters away from the picturesque historic center and three hundred meters from the beach and the tourist port of Numana. From here, boats depart every day to the most exclusive beaches of the beautiful Conero Riviera.
In the morning, we offer a range of delicious pastries (such as croissants, muffins, tart, etc.) and a variety of hot drinks in capsules (coffee, tea, barley, ginseng, mochaccino, etc.) as well as cold beverages (tea, fruit juices, etc.).
In the common area, you will find a fridge with a freezer, where guests can store food and drinks, as well as a microwave, toaster, and kettle.
Our property also has outdoor spaces equipped where you can enjoy take-out food (we are close to pizzerias, rotisseries, and supermarkets).
All rooms are also equipped with a mini fridge.
My love for this region and my passion for travel have driven me to create a place where visitors can experience their vacation according to their desires: relaxing, taking a scenic walk on Monte Cònero, enjoying a day at the beach, reading a book, or exploring the artistic and cultural wonders of these places.
In our farmhouse, you will feel welcomed with attention and care for your every need.
During the day, you can enjoy the sun in our garden or find refreshment in the shade of the trees and gazebo. Additionally, we provide a small library that will allow you to learn more about our territory: its history, culture, traditions, and, why not, the local cuisine.
It will be a pleasure to guide you in discovering this splendid land and recommend places where you can taste typical dishes or simply enjoy a pizza at a fair price!
The wonderful colors of Cònero await you!
Also known as "the Lady of Conero", Numana is a charming coastal town in the Marche region - awarded the Blue Flag FEE since 2000 - with a millennial history. Its natural harbor was already used over 2,500 years ago by the Piceni people, later by the Greeks, and finally by the Romans.
Numana is located in the Conero Regional Park because it is situated on the southern slopes of the mountain of the same name, a majestic cliff about 600 meters high that overlooks the Adriatic Sea. Here, bays and coves with very white stones are formed, often only accessible by sea, surrounded by pine forests and typical Mediterranean vegetation.
The historic center of the city (Numana Alta), with its narrow and steep alleys that separate the ancient fishermen's houses, is located on a cliff overlooking the sea, on the border with the village of Sirolo. Including two natural bays, Spiaggia dei Frati and Spiaggiola. From the marina, moving south, you will find Numana Bassa, with its pebble beach that hosts the beach resorts of Marcelli and extends to the mouth of the Musone River.
