Located on the first floor of the upper farmhouse, Casa Elvira offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Imperia. Guests also have access to a panoramic garden at the back, complete with a barbecue area.
On the ground floor are the Battina and Litta apartments. Each has a small private garden and a pergola for outdoor dining. These accommodations are suitable for couples or families with one or two small children.

The two farmhouses of I 99 Olivi are located in the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori, in Imperia Oneglia, just 2 km from the sea, beaches, and city center. The Genoa Cristoforo Colombo and Nice Côte d'Azur airports are approximately 90 km away and can be reached in just over an hour by car. Renowned Riviera destinations such as Sanremo, Bordighera, Ospedaletti, Alassio, Finale Ligure, Bergeggi, and Noli are easily accessible by car or train. Imperia is served by two train stations: Imperia Oneglia and Imperia Porto Maurizio. The city offers a pleasant and lively atmosphere throughout the year thanks to the mild climate of Liguria and its sheltered position from the north winds.
