The Villa Danci Rooms & Apartments structure is located in the heart of Borghetto Santo Spirito. Completely renovated in 2010, it offers its guests the possibility to choose between double rooms with private en-suite bathroom, equipped with shower, air conditioning, color TV, bed linen and towels, and courtesy kit, or spacious apartments, ideal for hosting up to 5 people, with private internal kitchenette, color TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, and balcony. Our structure is located a few steps away from the sea, supermarket, historic center, and main points of interest. Furthermore, we offer our guests the possibility to take advantage of discounts thanks to our agreements with beach resorts and local restaurants. All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, color TV, minibar, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and soundproof windows. The Classic Room is spacious, measuring between 20 and 24 square meters. It is available with a double bed or two single beds and is ideal for two people. The Comfort Classic Room is a unique space of about 24 square meters, consisting of a double bed and a single bed, but can also be used with three single beds. Our apartments are all equipped with air conditioning, color TV, minibar, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, soundproof windows, and private internal kitchenette. The Junior Apartment is a unique space of about 30 square meters, ideal for hosting up to 4 people. It is available with a double bed and two single beds or with four single beds. It is equipped with a hidden private kitchenette, table, and chairs. The Apartments consist of two spaces of about 30 square meters, ideal for hosting up to 4 people. They are equipped with a comfortable hidden double sofa bed in the living area, which also includes a hidden private kitchenette, table, and chairs. The double bedroom is separated by a sliding door.
