The building was constructed by our father in 1966 and we started our business in 1967. Since then, the hotel has always been owned and operated by our family. We treat our guests with the same care and attention that we would give to a family member or a precious family jewel. Everything else falls into place from there.

The Hotel Versilia offers only bed and breakfast service, without full or half board service. The breakfast is served buffet-style and includes a variety of fruit juices, homemade yogurt, cakes and biscuits, freshly baked pastries and croissants, different types of bread, toast, homemade jams and packaged marmalades, chocolate spreads, six types of cereals and muesli, and unlimited hot and cold drinks: tea, infusions, coffee, barley coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, espresso and latte macchiato.

The Versilia Hotel is a cozy 2-star hotel with all the services of a 3-star hotel that offers its customers the Bed & Breakfast (B&B) treatment. It is located in Lido di Camaiore (Lucca) in the heart of the Versilia Riviera, between Viareggio, Pietrasanta, and Forte dei Marmi – an excellent starting point to discover Tuscany. The hotel is situated in an exclusive residential area just a few steps away from the sea, an oasis of greenery and tranquility that protects our guests from the noise, traffic, and heat of the more urbanized areas. It boasts a privileged location close to the Lido di Camaiore beach (250 meters) and all essential services.
The hotel is surrounded by a large garden (over 500 square meters) where guests can sunbathe or relax in the shade of the pine trees. Our customers have access to a bright veranda with a large breakfast room, a TV room, a reading room, and a bar/café with an internet point. All rooms have recently been renovated and are equipped with a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, direct telephone, free safe, mini-fridge for rent, and a balcony from which guests can sunbathe or enjoy the view.
