The hotel's 30 bright rooms offer all the comforts you need: private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi connection, and starting from 2023, even a mini fridge for enjoying drinks and snacks at any time.
You can choose between single, double (some with a balcony), triple, and quadruple rooms. Thanks to the flexibility of the bed and breakfast option, you'll have more time to discover the local attractions and enjoy a worry-free vacation.
Our spacious shaded garden with a pool will be at your disposal for moments of pure relaxation. It's perfect for children's games, sunbathing, taking a refreshing swim, spending carefree moments with your loved ones, or immersing yourself in the reading of a good book.
The beach is just 200 meters away from the hotel, and we have an agreement with the Bagni Solindo bathing establishment, which offers fine sand and all the necessary amenities such as umbrellas, sunbeds, facilities, showers, a bar, and a large playground area for children. Additionally, there are beach tennis, beach volleyball, bocce, ping pong, and trampolines for more active moments!
Every morning, from 7.30 to 11.00, a delightful and varied good morning awaits you: what joy to be able to wake up early and fully enjoy a long summer day, or forget the alarm and sleep a little longer.
The buffet offers a wide selection of homemade delicacies, both sweet and savory: homemade cakes such as tarts and donuts, muffins, cookies, and crispy croissants. You can fill the fresh bread as you prefer - be inspired by the savory corner, where you will find cold cuts, eggs, and cheeses every day to give you a nice boost of energy.
If you prefer a "light" breakfast, there are also yogurt, muesli, cereals, and fresh fruit for a healthy, nourishing, and light breakfast. If you have any food intolerances, let us know: we also have tasty solutions for you.

This new change will offer you the freedom to organize your days without time restrictions, allowing you to create your vacation according to your needs and desires. You will be able to enjoy exciting excursions, visit fascinating cultural places, take romantic walks on the beach at sunset, savor delicious dinners in characteristic local restaurants, participate in bike tours, and much more.

The hotel is located along the magnificent Adriatic coast, halfway between the charming cities of Fano and Senigallia. In addition, just a few kilometers from Marotta, there are numerous enchanting medieval villages, including Gradara, Mondavio, and Corinaldo.
