Our vacation home is a prestigious residence, completely renovated, located in a 10th-century palace just a few steps from Corso Vannucci. Set in a location often used as a film set, our home allows you to be at the forefront of the cultural events that animate the city, without sacrificing peace and privacy. The surrounding area offers our guests the opportunity to indulge in shopping, marvel at the creations of our artisans, enjoy views of the city, and savor the flavors of local cuisine in various typical restaurants. You can also participate in cultural events and exhibitions, and get lost in the sounds and scents of the numerous green areas in the area. Near our property, you will find several monuments and famous places: just 170 meters away is the "Cathedral of San Lorenzo", 70 meters away is the "Palazzo dei Priori" and the "Nobile Collegio del Cambio", and 140 meters away is the "Fontana Maggiore". Our property is the perfect place for family vacations, conferences and business trips, or a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment. The rooms of the house are air-conditioned and have two smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. The cozy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, an armchair, a mirror, a large wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a window, and a French door. In the bathroom, you will find a large shower, a toilet, a bidet, a washing machine, a small clothes rack, an iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, and much more! The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, a refrigerator, an oven, pots and pans, tea bags, and much more! Our property can accommodate up to 4 people.
