Our ecological story: The need to renovate the house built by my grandfather in the 1960s inspired the idea of transforming it into a hospitality business for me. During the renovation, we chose criteria that allowed us to create a Class B structure, with the attic converted into a B&B. Wall insulation, ventilated roof, solar panels for hot water, and a photovoltaic system with a storage battery enable significant energy savings.
