The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. From its position, you can admire a wonderful view of the Ducal Palace from the private balcony. It is convenient to reach all the points of interest in the city center, only 100 meters away from buses and the subway, a 10-minute walk from Genoa Brignole station, and 30 minutes from Cristoforo Colombo Airport.
It is located at the beginning of the historical center, in a pedestrian area with limited access to traffic (ZTL area). Upon request, we can provide a private covered parking, for a fee, near the house.
