Our new guesthouse consists of six spacious rooms located on the ground floor and first floor, all with a veranda or furnished balcony. The accommodations, cozy and comfortable, vary in size from 18 to 25 square meters and are furnished with a simple design and warm, neutral colors. This will create the perfect atmosphere for enjoying a pleasant vacation surrounded by the beautiful nature and sea of wonderful Sardinia.
The breakfast, served buffet-style, is authentic and representative of local flavors. You can savor delicious homemade pastries, jams and honey, but also croissants, fruits, yogurt, and savory options. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, autonomous air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, a safe, and complimentary toiletries to ensure the utmost comfort during your stay.
Our accommodations, both the rooms and the apartments, are located in two strategic points of San Teodoro. Depending on your preferences, you can choose to stay in the apartments located in La Suaredda, which are closer to the center of San Teodoro and La Cinta beach, or in Lu Fraili, a quieter location near Puntaldia, Lu Impostu beach, Cala Brandinchi, and Capo Coda Cavallo. Thanks to our optimal location, you will have the opportunity to easily move between the most beautiful beaches in the area and the lively town center.
