Guesthouse Vassallo Due
The Guesthouse 2012 is located on the top floor of a quiet residential building. The structure is a short distance from the New Tiburtina Station. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay: air conditioning (available from June 21st to September 21st), free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and bathroom products.
Each room offers the choice between a double bed or two single beds. An additional bed is available in almost all rooms. The mattresses are hypoallergenic and have a comfortable layer of memory foam. The rooms are divided into three categories: with private bathroom, with shared bathroom, and with an external bathroom for exclusive use.
Since June 2018, breakfast service is no longer available, and the use of the kitchen is not allowed.
The structure is located right in front of the Studios (Ex De Paolis) and enjoys a strategic position thanks to its proximity to Tiburtina Station (only 900 meters as the crow flies). From this important train station, it is possible to reach the city center in a very short time using Line B of the metro (only six stops from the Colosseum). Nearby, there are important educational institutions such as ELIS and PIO XII, as well as the new Musica Incontro center.

Room 4 can be reached from the corridor visible in the photos. First door on the left. It is the smallest room but the most comfortable. It has a surface area of ??just 10 square meters but houses a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a suitcase rack. It has access to the perimeter balcony and has a shared external bathroom. The external bathroom is shared only with the adjacent Room 3. The shared external bathroom is kept in excellent hygienic conditions. Furniture completely renovated in 2024. Ducted air conditioning usable from 15 May to 30 September.
Room 3 can be reached from the corridor visible in the photos. Second door on the left. It is a very large room of approximately 18 square meters. It has access to the perimeter balcony and has a shared external bathroom. The external bathroom is shared only with the adjacent Room 4. Room 2 is perhaps the most beautiful room in the structure. It is located at the end of the corridor visible in the photos. It offers a private internal bathroom and has access to the perimeter balcony. It has a surface area of ??approximately 18 square meters and hosts a double bed or two single beds depending on the preferences expressed at the time of booking. Room 1 is the largest room of the four rooms available. It has an internal bathroom and a surface area of ??approximately 25 sm. It can accommodate a double bed plus a single bed and is the only room that can be used as a triple room, paying the supplement for the extra bed. It is located on the attic floor but the height of the ceilings is comfortable as shown in the pictures available. Access to this room is from the living room below, through the beautiful wooden staircase visible in the photos. The room is characterized by ribbon windows and therefore extremely bright. However, it does not have access to the balcony like the rooms on the lower floor. Air conditioning is generally provided only in the summer months, i.e. from mid-May to the end of September.
The facility is located in front of the Studios (Ex De Paolis) and benefits from a strategic position thanks to its proximity to Tiburtina station (just 900 meters away as the crow flies).
