Within the same building, there are four different apartments available for rent:
- Spacious one-bedroom apartment with four beds (double bed + double sofa bed)
- Small one-bedroom apartment with two beds (two single beds)
- Elegant basement apartment with six beds (double bed + two single beds + double sofa bed)
- Modern one-bedroom apartment with four beds (double bed + double sofa bed).
The prices indicated are for each individual apartment.
The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with all necessary accessories. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped.
The following services are included in the price:
- Supply of sheets and towels
- Air conditioning
- Wireless connection
- Free outdoor parking
Small pets are allowed, as long as they are not destructive.
A crib is available upon request.
The area is well served by public transportation. Just outside the apartment, there is a tram stop (number 14), which connects to the metro lines.
Furthermore, the location is convenient for reaching the highways and ring roads, which are less than a kilometer away.

- Milan Linate: 20 minutes by shuttle service offered by the owner
- Orio al Serio (BG): 40 minutes by shuttle service offered by the owner
- Milan Malpensa: shuttle service to Milan Central and then 20 minutes by subway.
