From our apartment, you can easily and quickly reach the most important tourist destinations of the capital, through the Ottaviano San Pietro metro stop.
It is important for us to be clear about the service we offer. If you book the double room, you will have independent access, a private bathroom, and a refrigerator in the room, but you will not have access to the kitchen. The possibility of booking the entire apartment includes the use of the well-equipped and functional kitchen for preparing breakfast or meals.
The self-service breakfast comprises of a variety of items such as fruit juices, tea, chamomile, herbal tea, coffee, milk, plum cake, small tarts, chocolate snacks, biscuits, honey, and jam. Additionally, you can also use the kitchen to prepare anything else that you desire.

We are Alessandro and Juliana, a couple with him being Italian and me being Argentinian. We enjoy traveling, nature (especially the sea), music, cooking, and spending time with family. We met in Thailand and now have two beautiful daughters, Emma and Nina. Together, we manage our apartment all year round, but during the summer, if yoùd like, Alessandro can take you on a unique sailing vacation, usually to the Pontine Islands, but also to the Balearics, Sardinia, or the Aeolian Islands.
The Prati district is one of the most elegant and peaceful areas in Rome. The Ottaviano subway station is 80 meters away; the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Square are at 100 meters. Walking for 15 minutes, you can get to Piazza del Popolo, passing through Via Cola Di Rienzo, the most important shopping street in the Prati district! From Piazza Risorgimento, there are means to go wherever you want.
