Glam is a suite located on the first floor of a late 19th-century building with a characteristic balcony with a stone balustrade, high ceilings, and vintage parquet flooring. The apartment has been recently renovated in 2019.

It is situated near the main tourist attractions, public and financial institutions, in a quiet area close to the pedestrian zone with shops and numerous excellent restaurants and bars. The Politeama Rossetti Theater on Viale XX Settembre, the historic Caffè San Marco, the Synagogue of Trieste, the Maggiore Hospital, the Grand Canal of Trieste, and the Churches of Sant'Antonio Taumaturgo, the Serbian Orthodox Temple of San Spiridione, and the Church of San Nicolò dei Greci in the adjacent Borgo Teresiano can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as well as Trieste's gem, the beautiful Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia, and the Old City.

It is located just a stone's throw away from Piazza Carlo Goldoni, the city's nerve center and a hub for city buses. The train station (which is a 15-minute walk from the B&B) can be reached by getting off at the fourth stop on bus line 1.
