My name is Giuseppe and I am a huge lover of nature and all those little pleasures that life generously gives us. I enjoy going for walks in search of delicious porcini mushrooms, collecting cheerful spiky chestnuts to preserve for the winter and magically cooking them on the fireplace. I like to savor a "zampanella" or a "pagnottella" filled with a hot and spicy omelette while admiring the eagle soaring in the sky. This is the philosophy with which I welcome my guests to my brand new but cozy villa, which retains the charm of the old. You can rest assured! The house is earthquake-proof, on one floor, with underfloor heating and solar panels for hot water, free Wi-Fi internet connection, parking, and each room has its own private bathroom and separate entrance. The furnishings are cheerful and of an intense orange color, and the rooms have pleasant shades inspired by nature. I will accommodate you in four splendid rooms, including a triple/quadruple room. The property is surrounded by a large fenced land and is only twenty steps away from a renowned restaurant-pizzeria. During our breakfasts, I will also offer you delicious homemade sweets, often using ancient Abruzzo recipes. The bed and breakfast is located one kilometer from the historic center and three kilometers from the L'Aquila Est highway exit, a stone's throw from the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park and not far from the ski resorts of Campo Felice and Ovindoli. Mr. Giuseppe, the friendly owner, personally takes care of preparing and serving breakfast to the guests at the wonderful table with ten comfortable seats. You can indulge your palate with coffee, cappuccinos, tea, and herbal infusions, accompanied by a variety of breakfast pastries.
Upon request, it will be possible to have a savory breakfast suitable for celiacs and vegans as well.
The breakfast time will be flexible to accommodate the needs of our guests, as much as possible.
The Bed and Breakfast is located in the Torretta district, in L'Aquila, close to the historical center. It is a peaceful place with good transportation connections.
