Opened in 2022, Down the Well is a family-run Agriturismo. It is situated in a truly picturesque environment and is the perfect place to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a pleasant vacation surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Our breakfast is truly special thanks to the local delicacies and fresh, genuine products we serve to our guests every morning, offering a wide range of sweet and savory options.
You can enjoy it in our cozy indoor or outdoor dining room, or outdoors under the beautiful veranda, immersing yourself in an exclusive atmosphere and pampered by the first rays of sunshine.

At the Giù al Pozzo Agriturismo, your taste buds will be delighted throughout the day, from breakfast to dinner, in our charming Agriturismo Restaurant. Our chef carefully and passionately prepares tasty dishes using locally sourced ingredients.
The Agriturismo Restaurant consists of two dining rooms, one indoor and one outdoor, where you can enjoy lunches and dinners in good company. Additionally, adjacent to the restaurant, you will find a lovely veranda, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view of the green nature.

Strategically positioned just a few kilometers away from incredible beaches, Giù al Pozzo Agriturismo is the perfect place to explore the natural and artistic wonders of the Maremma Toscana. This farmhouse offers three delightful double rooms that are spacious, bright, and beautifully renovated. All rooms are of similar size (approximately 17 sqm) and feature a unique style, enriched with original and classy furnishings.
The rooms are located on the ground floor, with independent access and a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside. Each room is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
Furthermore, each room provides all the necessary amenities to ensure a high standard of stay. Each room is also characterized by a large private veranda, equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation, reading a book, or simply savoring some tranquility.
NB: One of the three rooms is accessible and equipped to accommodate people with disabilities.
