The B&B "Gilda and her Friends" is a cozy establishment located in the splendid region of Langhe, precisely in Neive, one of the most enchanting villages in Italy. The charming stone house that hosts our guests is immersed in a lush landscape, making it the perfect place to relax, take peaceful walks, or simply stop and listen to and admire the surrounding nature. In our Bed & Breakfast, you will find three double rooms, all equipped with private bathrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, as well as in the breakfast room, while you will not find a television. However, if you wish to read a book, you will find many at your disposal! Cent'Anni Room - In this room, every object tells a story. We have restored old furniture, many of which belonged to great-grandfather Nuratin, who bought the house back in 1928. By furnishing the Cent'Anni Room, we have tried to revive the past, through the stories and memories that were a part of it and that this room still preserves today. Bachi da Seta Room - In the past, various farming activities took place around the house, including the breeding of silkworms. This ancient craft, widespread in rural areas, gradually disappeared over time, remaining alive only in the memories of our grandparents. Their stories have inspired us in the decoration of this room, which evokes the simplicity of life in the past. Masca Room - Masche are characters that animate ancient stories of the Piedmontese peasant tradition, passed down from generation to generation. In many ways similar to witches, but with the appearance of country women, masche were considered responsible for misfortunes, tricks, but also mysterious healings. Looking at the objects and colors in this room, we have imagined it as the refuge of a mischievous masca who, before leaving the surrounding hills forever, left here the imprint of her presence.
