Cerro is one of the most charming locations on Lake Maggiore, situated just five minutes from the center of Laveno Mombello, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, and the main points of interest in the area. From the Gardens on the Lake, you can easily reach the beautiful beach of Cerro, perfect for spending relaxing days, admiring fantastic sunsets with views of Stresa and the Borromean Islands.
The area offers a variety of characteristic restaurants and bars, all reachable with a pleasant walk along the beautiful lakefront. If you go to Laveno, you can take the spectacular cable car up to the 1000 meters of Monte Sasso del Ferro or enjoy pleasant evenings in the numerous establishments in the city.
