The six rooms of Gate 40 are enhanced by the Living Room, a meeting place overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard. Here guests can relax by reading a magazine or a book from the large central table, work on the computer sitting on chairs or stools, or take advantage of the products available in the fridge, such as water, drinks, and fresh fruit.
In case of large groups up to 14 people, it is possible to rent the entire structure, transforming the Living Room into a real kitchen equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.
GUESTHOUSE
Gate 40 is not just a B&B, as all six rooms, including the Living Room, can be rented for large groups, up to a maximum of 14 people. The configuration of the rooms can be customized according to the clients' needs, with a variety ranging from quadruple, triple, double, and single rooms.
All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, soundproof windows with double glazing, and free Wi-Fi connection. The structure is completed by the Living Room with an equipped kitchen, table, chairs, stools, fridge, and oven.
Among the optional services, an ironing board and a hairdryer are also available in each room.
A complimentary breakfast is kindly provided in the charming café located in front of the building and includes the delightful option of a fresh croissant, a cup of coffee or cappuccino, and a fruit juice.
GATE 40 provides a range of distinct and enjoyable features designed specifically for visitors. Right across from it is Piccadilly, a cocktail bar restaurant that offers an authentic Roman culinary experience.
