B&B Francesco in Assisi
A welcoming house on the slopes of Assisi in a comfortable family environment managed by the Carloni family. On the second floor of this building, equipped with an elevator and WiFi access, there are three guest rooms and a breakfast room. The Carloni family, who owns the house, lives on the first floor.
For breakfast, we set up an Italian buffet with typical cakes, snacks, cereals, biscuits, toast, jams, honey, Nutella, yogurt, fruit juice, coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea, and hot chocolate.
Upon request, we can serve a "savory" breakfast with cold cuts, cheeses, and pizzas.
For those who have celiac problems, we can serve gluten-free food upon request.

I have recently taken over the management of the B&B from my parents, who started the business in 2003 by welcoming guests as if they were at their own home, making them feel comfortable. I will also continue this way of hosting and provide you with useful advice on the places to visit in this beautiful Umbria region.
Our bed and breakfast is located approximately 500 meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and 2.5 km from Assisi. The bus stop for Assisi and Perugia is 20 meters away. The train station is about 800 meters away; the Umbria International Airport "San Francesco d'Assisi" is 10 km away. Additionally, we are 2 km away from the Umbriafiere in Bastia Umbra.
