My private house with a garden is run like a Relais Chateaux, and some guests have described it as a boutique. I offer my guests a suite with a double bed and a single bed, a breakfast table, a large walk-in closet, a bathroom with a window and a shower, and a terrace where you can have breakfast outside. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a hairdryer, while the faucets and sanitary ware are of design and the shutters are electric. The room is cleaned daily and every sanitary is disinfected at each guest change. For breakfast, I have provided my guests with a coffee room equipped with an American coffee machine, a Nespresso, a Neapolitan coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a fridge. All this to guarantee more comfort and serve a self-service breakfast at any time. The table is set with everything necessary, and guests will only have to heat the milk and put the coffee pod in the machine. Furthermore, it is possible to park the car in front of the house. Near the property, there is a supermarket where you can buy some Italian specialties or have a quick snack.
