Agriturismo Florandonole

Country House in Fai della Paganella in the countryside

Agriturismo Florandonole is located just a short walk from the square in Fai della Paganella, surrounded by the stunning Brenta Dolomites. Nestled in the countryside, it offers views of lush green meadows in spring, hills dotted with hazelnut trees, junipers, and elderberries, with sights extending to the Adige Valley and the lowlands of Trentino. The surrounding mountains, such as the distinctly flat Paganella and Fausior with its scenic cross, protect the landscape and the quaint village.

The establishment features a modern alpine design and is designed to host a limited number of guests, ensuring intimacy and a homely atmosphere. It offers six cozy rooms, a breakfast room, a small bar, and a shop where visitors can purchase products from the farm. The common areas provide quiet spots for reading or simply enjoying the magnificent views.

Each season here brings unique experiences: winter blankets the landscape in white, perfect for enjoying the nearby ski slopes of Paganella; spring heralds nature’s awakening with the first blooms and the return of bees; summer bursts with the colors of flowering meadows, with honey taking center stage for delightful moments; autumn envelops everything in a warm, nostalgic light, signaling the approach of colder months. Florandonole is a place where time seems to slow down, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the rhythms of nature and experience an authentic and rejuvenating stay.

Our breakfast

The company provides a typically Italian breakfast with a carefully curated buffet of selected products: homemade honey, jams, and preserves, along with fresh fruit juices and a variety of pastries such as cakes, tarts, croissants, and cookies. You can enjoy fresh cow's milk, just milked from nearby farms, yogurt, butter, and many other treats that evoke the traditional flavors of Trentino, including some special delights not to be missed. Breakfast is served in a designated room on the ground floor, and during pleasant weather, you can also enjoy it outdoors on the terrace or in the garden. Special attention is given, upon request, to preparing dishes suitable for gluten-free guests.

In addition to breakfast, the agriturismo offers a delightful afternoon tea, and the staff is always ready to recommend numerous interesting restaurants to meet all your dining needs during main meals.

Area Countryside

The Paganella Plateau offers a wide array of outdoor activities set in a beautiful landscape within the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. Ideal for families and children, there are many valley walks available, while more experienced hikers can explore trails leading to huts and shelters, or tackle more challenging routes, via ferrata, and climbing in the Brenta Group. To reach the highest peaks, such as the summit of Paganella, there are ski lifts available from Fai and Andalo; from Molveno, a chairlift takes you to Pradel and the La Montanara refuge. Mountain biking enthusiasts will find a broad selection of trails of varying lengths and difficulties, with maps available at the reception.

For lake lovers, Molveno Lake is just 15 km away, making it a perfect spot for water sports like windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, and pedal boating. Less than 10 km away, the Andalo Equestrian Center offers horseback rides through the woods and courses for learning English or American riding styles. In Fai and the surrounding areas, activities such as tennis, fishing, archery, petanque, swimming in pools, rock climbing, paragliding, and mini-golf are available.

During the winter season, the Paganella ski area transforms into a true paradise for skiing enthusiasts, featuring 50 km of slopes, guaranteed snow, and state-of-the-art facilities, all framed by snow-covered forests and the majestic spires of the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Don’t miss the chance to challenge yourself on the runs favored by the members of the renowned US Ski Team, who have been training on Paganella for four years. The ski area boasts a modern lift system, capable of transporting about 27,000 people per hour, including two eight-person gondolas, five four-person chairlifts, and three two-person lifts.

The region caters to skiers of all levels, offering easy and intermediate slopes, as well as a black run for the more advanced. Beginners can take advantage of four ski schools, two located at higher altitudes and two in the village, all equipped with games for children. The ski season is guaranteed to start in early December due to the planned snowmaking that covers about 98% of the area and careful slope preparation. The Paganella Brenta Ski Pass is part of the "Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta." For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the Andalo sports center features a 3 km illuminated loop for night skiing, alongside a 5 km track winding through the woods.
