Each unit offers all the comforts you could wish for, including air conditioning, fast WiFi internet connection in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, telephone with free calls to Italian numbers, independent centralized heating, etc. The superb rooftop is fully furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. Access is via a staircase not suitable for people with limited mobility, but on the ground floor, however, all guests have access to the guesthouse terrace with a free dispenser of hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, etc.), a computer room with a printer, and a luggage room.

We offer complete property management, and our cleaning and maintenance staff ensures that each property is well taken care of. So, Flatinrome is not an agency (= no commissions!). My goal is guest satisfaction, and I firmly believe that this is only possible with direct contact between the guest and the owner. The complex is located in the historic center, in the Trastevere area. Trastevere is one of the best places in the Eternal City to spend evenings, as it offers a variety of cafes and restaurants scattered along picturesque cobblestone streets. The neighborhood's name derives from Latin: trans Tiberis, beyond the Tiber River. The river bends and in the middle lies this beautiful neighborhood. It used to be a working-class area: Romans would cross the river to go to work in the city, but now it is the "trendy" neighborhood. The apartments are also well connected to the city's airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and the main train stations in Rome. With just a few steps, you can cross the river on the "Ponte Fabricio," Rome's oldest remaining bridge (62 BC!) and reach the Jewish Ghetto and Largo Argentina, in the heart of the historic center of the Eternal City. The Trastevere Complex is located in the perfect position to visit the Eternal City on foot. Rome's historic center is actually quite small: it is a circle with a diameter of less than 3 kilometers (less than 2 miles) that includes (from north clockwise): Termini Station, the Colosseum, Trastevere, and the Vatican.
