Luxury Rooms Flatinrome
Located in the picturesque neighborhood of Trastevere, our exclusive accommodation offers five finely furnished rooms, each with a private bathroom and access to Netflix. The main accommodation, measuring 100 square meters, features three rooms and boasts a large furnished terrace, a dining room with a small kitchen, a computer room complete with a printer, and laundry facilities.
Glamour Jacuzzi Room: This 14 square meter room, ideal for luxury lovers, is equipped with a corner double whirlpool bath, adjacent to a large bed (190x200 cm) shaped like a woman's body, with a memory foam mattress. The room, which also includes Bluetooth speakers, is completed by an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Terrace Room: A 16 square meter quadruple room with two single beds convertible into a double bed and an adaptable sofa bed. It offers direct access to the shared terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Accessible Room: Designed to be accessible even to wheelchair users, this 16 square meter triple room has joinable single beds and an additional bed, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower.
The other two rooms are located in a recently renovated 60 square meter apartment:
Air Room: This luxurious 15 square meter triple room features a suspended bed (160x200 cm), a single sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom with an evocative emotional shower.
Aqua Room: A refined double room with a four-poster bed (140x190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom that includes an emotional shower with Turkish bath, radio, and Bluetooth functions, as well as a small private courtyard.
Each stay includes cleaning services every four days, high-quality complimentary toiletries, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV with Netflix channels. The property ensures a healthy environment through disinfection with certified equipment that uses hydrogen peroxide.
We also offer optional services such as airport and train station transfers, and we welcome pets for an additional fee. A tourist tax applies upon arrival.
Glamour Jacuzzi Room is a luxury 15 sq. metres (162 Sq.Ft.) room specially designed for discerning tastes, with corner double Jacuzzi bathtub just beside your very wide (cm. 190X200) woman-shape superking size bed with superior mattress. Bluetooth loudspeakers to listen to your favourite music. Private en-suite full bathroom with shower.
Accessible Room is a large 17 square metre (184 Sq.Ft.) double room with secondary direct access from the street with abatement tools of architectural barriers, also suitable for people with wheelchairs. It has 2 single beds cm. 80 X 200 joinable on request in a double bed. The private en-suite bathroom with shower has sanitary facilities and equipment also (but not exclusively) suitable for our guests in wheelchair.
Terrace Room is a 15 sq. metre (162 Sq.Ft.) double room with 2 single beds (cm. 80 X 200) that can be joined on request in a double bed and one bunk bed. Internal private full bathroom with shower. Direct access to the terrace shared with other guests (that you can also reach from the kitchen). Private en-suite full bathroom with shower.
My name is Massimo Marini and I am the founder and manager of Flatinrome.
My website was born in 2002 with a single apartment. Soon after, I realized that my passion for this job, the direct management of the properties (all the rooms and apartments are either owned by me or rented on a long-term basis, or are facilities of which I have exclusive management), and the quality of the services offered at affordable prices would differentiate me in the vast landscape of websites offering apartments for rent in Rome. I personally take care of the property management of these apartments, and my staff for cleaning and maintenance ensures that each property is always well taken care of.
Flatinrome is not an agency (there are no commissions) because I believe that guest satisfaction is only possible through direct contact with the owners, and there is nothing more valuable than a satisfied customer who speaks highly of Flatinrome to their friends.
The results so far have proven me right: this initiative has been successful, and the reviews from my clients (which you can check on TripAdvisor) are proof of that.

The Residence Trastevere, located in the heart of the picturesque Trastevere neighborhood in Rome, offers an ideal location to explore the historic city center on foot. Within a short distance from the apartment, you can cross the Tiber River via the Fabricio Bridge, the oldest still-in-use bridge built in 62 BC, to access the Jewish ghetto and Largo Argentina. The historic center, contained within a 3-kilometer diameter circle, includes iconic places such as Termini Station, the Colosseum, the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and Campo dè Fiori. Trastevere, known for its quaint restaurants and cafes along the cobbled streets, is rich in history and culture, representing the ancient artisan neighborhood. Additionally, the apartment is well-connected to the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and the city's train stations.
