Flaiano
The Flaiano Bed & Breakfast is a lively and colorful place, with rooms inspired by continents. It is located in the heart of the Historical Center of Pescara, within the famous quadrilateral of "Pescara Vecchia". If you are looking for a luxurious and sophisticated Bed & Breakfast, this is not for you. However, if you are looking for clean, courteous and informal accommodation, you are in the right place. The Flaiano Bed & Breakfast is mainly frequented by young people, but not only, and is the perfect choice for your "home" in Pescara.
The structure consists of two floors. You enter through a central door, where you will find a space for bicycle racks available free of charge for guests (subject to availability). Climbing a steep staircase, you will reach the first floor, where you will find the Africa room, one of the two shared bathrooms, the Asia room and the shared kitchen-living room. Here, you can enjoy breakfast independently, with everything you need at your disposal by 11am, when you must leave the room.
From the kitchen-living room, you can access the second floor, where you will find the America room, the Oceania room, the Europe room and a second shared bathroom. Each room has different colors and characteristics, inspired by the style of the continent they represent, and all are equipped with a television.
One of the rooms is occupied by the property on a rotating basis.
The check-in time must be agreed with the property, while the rooms must be vacated by 11am. Unattended parking is located under the river, with access from Piazza Unione coming from the north, about 100-200 meters away.
In the morning, you can enjoy your breakfast in the dedicated area and serve yourself. Remember that it is important to consume it by 11 am so you don't miss the opportunity to start the day with energy!
The Flaiano Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of the historic center of Pescara, specifically at Via Flaiano 12.
To get there, we inform you that the street is part of the pedestrian area, so you can only reach your destination on foot. A useful reference point for those using satellite navigation is Via dei Bastioni and/or Piazza Garibaldi.
