The Fiordinano B&B is located in Meldola, near the IRST, in a recently renovated house where we have created an independent apartment of about 80 square meters to accommodate our guests.
The house is surrounded by a lovely garden, with internal parking and a porch where you will find chairs and an outdoor table. Some guests use it as a smoking area, as smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The renovation was carried out with great attention to eco-sustainability: we have installed a 6 kW photovoltaic system on the roof to guarantee complete energy autonomy for the house, the boiler is of the condensing type, and all windows are equipped with double glazing.
The apartment is covered by a free wireless network available to our guests.
We have three carefully furnished rooms, each with a private bathroom, inside an independent apartment. Guests can freely use the kitchen and laundry facilities (shared), they have a separate entrance and a parking space.
In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as gas ovens and microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and espresso coffee machine, our guests have access to a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi internet connection, television, VHS and DVD player, a small collection of films and books, and air conditioning in each room.
We are pleased to welcome small pets and guests with disabilities.
Cozy recently renovated country house, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Located on the outskirts of Meldola (FC), but only 10 meters away from convenient bus and coach stops. The Bed and Breakfast is just a few minutes away from the IRST (Romagna Scientific Institute for the Study and Treatment of Tumors), which can be easily reached by bike, which we offer for free. Additionally, the B&B is only 5 km away from the renowned Fratta Terme thermal baths and 10 km from Predappio.
